Privacy Policy

This tool is operated by Skye Ranch Elite Networking as a free resource for members of the group, to help them see where their online presence stands and where it could grow. It is not a public product and it is not sold.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address (used to send sign-in links and identify you in the tool) and, if you sign in, your display name.
• Business data: the business name, website URL, industry, and contact details that you or a group organizer have entered.
• Report data: results of the presence checks run against the websites listed — scores, category breakdowns, recommendations, and a rendered screenshot of the homepage supplied by our data provider.
• Sign-in metadata: the timestamp of your last sign-in, kept for security and support purposes.

What we don't collect

We don't use analytics or advertising trackers on this tool. We don't store passwords — sign-in is by one-time email link only. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Sub-processors we use

• Supabase — application database, authentication, and file storage (US region).
• SEOptimer — runs the presence checks and returns the data shown on your report pages.
• Anthropic — generates the plain-English executive summary shown on each completed report. We send only report data (no personal identifiers) to generate the summary.
• Email delivery provider — sends your sign-in links.

Retention

Report data is retained for as long as you remain a member of the Skye Ranch Elite Networking group, or until you ask us to delete it. When your access is revoked your sign-in account is deleted; historical report records for your business are retained unless you request removal.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to (a) export the report data associated with your business, (b) correct or update your account details, or (c) delete your account and associated report history. Email jesse@traffickmedia.com and we'll action requests within 30 days.
